Verner Panton
Verner Panton (1926-1998) was a Danish architect and iconic designer of the second half of the 20th century. After building an extensive career centered around bold colors and basic geometric forms, he became best known for his revolutionary furniture creations, including the Cone Chair and the legendary Panton Chair developed with Vitra. His multifaceted output also spanned lighting and textiles, reaching its peak in immersive spatial interiors such as the Spiegel Publishing House in Hamburg and the Visiona Exhibitions in Cologne.
